The establishment is new and very clean, I have to admit. But the service is extremely disappointing… The staff refuses to remake ice creams that are half-filled and melted by the time the tray is served, claiming they made them before serving drinks. The fries and sandwiches are served cold, clearly due to poor staff organization at lunchtime. Good luck to them during the lunch rush… I would recommend the McDonald's in Le Pontet, which is a 5-minute drive away and should show some common sense when the time comes.

Mac Fleury chocolate hazelnut. We asked if it was possible to have a less chocolatey version after our €65 order, and they refused to change it. What does it cost them to make a small dessert to satisfy the customer? Truly astonished and disappointed.

The best McDonald's I've ever been to! I've been to several European cities and several McDonald's in Italy, and nowhere have I found the hygiene, speed, and respect for the environment like this one. Special mention for the use of reusable cups and chip containers—they're brilliant! In France, McDonald's also offers veggie options, which is very nice for vegetarians. The only shame is the lack of a gluten-free option, but that's certainly not the restaurant's fault.

We came to pick up our takeaway meals this evening around 10 pm and the service was excellent. The person who served us was very pleasant and smiling. The restaurant is clean and the decor is nice.
