I generally have trouble digesting pizza. But Flavio's was a wonderful discovery. The ingredients are high quality, all the flavors burst in your mouth and aren't overwhelmed by grated Emmental. Like in Italy, he uses fior di latte, which, unlike grated cheese, doesn't overpower the other ingredients. The truffle pizza is to die for. I'll definitely be back. A little taste of Italy before my vacation. Bravo!

Absolutely incredible pizzas! The dough is perfect, the ingredients are top-quality, and the portions are generous. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The welcome is always warm and the service is excellent. I tried this food truck on Wednesday evening in Malemort-du-Comtat and then on Saturday evening in Sorgues, and both times it was a huge success. Honestly, I've never eaten such good pizzas. I highly recommend it!

Finally, good pizzas near us! We loved the Parma and the Regina, and we'll definitely be ordering again to try all the other pizzas.
