Excellent find! The pizzas are truly delicious, certainly among the best Margherita pizzas in the area. The crust is airy, light, and crispy, with the wood-fired oven making all the difference. The tomato sauce is very good, well-seasoned, and the pizzas are generously topped. Excellent value for money, especially with the launch offer of 3 pizzas for €20. You can tell they're made with care. I highly recommend this pizza truck for anyone looking for a good, simple, flavorful, and generously topped wood-fired pizza.
