A place where conviviality, service, good humor, and good food are the watchwords. Philippe will welcome you to a place that may not look like much, but which turns out to be a haven for regulars and those passing through on the nearby Via Rhôna. There are never any problems with him, only solutions! You can go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed! Personally, I'll be back as soon as possible ;)

They have sweet and savory options; the price is a bit high compared to Spain, but it's very tasty.

The American sandwiches I saw Arnaud and Théophane eating were impressive. "Very good," they said. I love the location of the snack bar, which is opposite Île de l'Oiselet. It's a fantastic place for a stroll afterward. The owner's name is Philippe, and his colleague is Stéphane. I've gotten into the habit of calling them to order sauerkraut, aioli, and vegetable tian, all organic. The restaurant is air-conditioned in the summer. When I have workshops (related to an endowment fund) at home, like a Qigong group, I send them to their place instead of cooking. Simple, good, and inexpensive. It's a shame people don't (yet) know they have this little gem close to home. I know it, and I take advantage of it.

Cyclists, if you're passing through, don't hesitate to stop for a hearty and simple meal – fabulous value for money – plus a warm welcome.

The perfect stop on a hike along the Via Rhôna. A warm welcome, kind and incredibly friendly people. Well worth the detour and a stop because, to top it all off, the food is good, hearty, and inexpensive. I highly recommend it!
