Thin, crispy crust and generous toppings. A beautiful presentation while baking. This little pizza trailer may not look like much, but don't be fooled—the quality is definitely there. We had a great time chatting with the chef while waiting for our order. Go and see for yourself. Note that it's only open on Mondays.
