Brasserie l'Univers Graveson

What a terrible experience it was to come to your restaurant this evening, July 8, 2026. I'm from Graveson and outraged by what happened. There were two of us for dinner at 8:00 PM. We were able to get a Coke around 8:15 PM, then we were given a menu without prices. We wanted to order a pizza… oh, sorry, we don't have any dough tonight, so we opted for a Caesar salad and a burger… At 9:00 PM, we were told there were no hard-boiled eggs for the salad but that the dishes would be arriving soon… and finally, we were told that they had made a mistake in the kitchen, so nothing was ready. At 9:13 PM, we left the restaurant AND WE PAYED FOR THE TWO COKE'S. Apart from the waiter who apologized, no one came to see us. What a scandal… If you were overwhelmed, I might have understood, but it's simply a joke. If you don't If you don't want to work, just say so, it will be better for everyone. Laurent Camboulas

Beautiful location, pleasant welcome, excellent meal and beautifully presented dishes – everything was perfect for a great time… However, the behavior of some customers towards a willing waitress was truly disturbing and disrespectful to everyone present. I think the manager should put a stop to these inappropriate actions. If the waitress has a relationship with this customer, that's her business, but a little decorum during service is in order.
