Exceptional owner, slightly moody boss, top-notch waiter but the waitress leaves something to be desired, their apprentice Pierre should become good within 5 to 10 years.

The decor couldn't be simpler, but the atmosphere is excellent; some evenings, if you're lucky, you might be able to dance with complete strangers in a cheerful mood.
