Our waiter was hilariously inept. I ordered Lillet (from the menu) and he brought Suze. We said it was wrong and I wanted Lillet, so he brought me a vermouth, on the house. 🤦. It took a while and a couple tries to get a food menu. They only had pizza and a few appetizers because it wasn't the weekend, but the pizza was really good. And the older gentleman cooking was very sweet and helpful. It was a memorable experience all in all

Ate well, very friendly, lovely place

Overall, a very nice restaurant with plenty of space, a wonderful outdoor area, and a lovely interior as well. The value for money is rather average; not bad, but quite expensive. There are better restaurants in the area! Our children received a meal package in a cardboard box.

While passing through the area, we had lunch at Mathieu's bistro. Excellent welcome, friendly staff, excellent food in a beautiful, clean, and welcoming setting. Highly recommended! 😍

Beautiful terrace and very warm welcome.

We sat on the shaded terrace. We had a wonderful meal.

Simple and good quality food. The portions weren't quite generous enough for my taste. The menu prices were a bit high, but there was a great atmosphere from the bar to the restaurant. It's a shame you can't order pizzas from the restaurant. The spacious and secure private parking was a real plus. I'll definitely come back in the warmer months to eat outside and enjoy the festive atmosphere a bit more.
