Beautiful location, but the service was a disaster (a 20-minute wait just to order, 1.5 hours for the food, and after 2.5 hours we were finally allowed to finish our lunch without dessert!). The food itself was mediocre. If you want a relaxed, good lunch, I'd advise you to go somewhere else.

The food wasn't great, and the service was overwhelmed by the festival crowds. And to top it all off, my partner had a cicada in her dish. Well, at least we weren't charged for it.

The atmosphere was perfect for watching THE match, which was only missing a victory. But thanks to the excellent performance of Noa, who played equally well in attack and defense, I highly recommend it!

We feel that tourists are somewhat disadvantaged. We had to ask for the carafe of water, and only French guests received the accompanying bread.

We were pleased to be visiting the center of Avignon, but extremely disappointed by the service, which took an abnormally long time to take our order. They rudely cited the Avignon Festival as the reason. Once we had painstakingly ordered our pizzas, we were served more than an hour later! Without an apology! What's more, they weren't pizzas at all, but a pile of flour with tomato sauce straight from a carton, pieces of supposedly candied tomatoes that were raw, and no arugula as listed on the menu. No apologies. No explanations. They don't even deserve one star.

The heat was intense. I had to ask four or five times for a carafe of water during a very long wait. Completely fed up, I went to the counter to get some water. I'm still waiting for my salad; it was never served!

Our worst experience at this Avignon Festival. On a sweltering midday, we were drawn in by the misted terrace. Two of the four courses served were frankly incomplete. As for the "Italian-style" steak tartare, it was Italian in name only. I do not recommend this establishment.

Waiting an hour can happen. A voucher can get lost. But when you point out that it's been an hour and you still haven't been served, and you just shrug and roll your eyes without even apologizing… they should find another line of work. No gesture of goodwill and uninteresting food.

We arrived as a group of six for drinks, and we were told "yes," but when the waitress asked her manager, he refused because he wanted to keep the table for people who wanted to eat and drink. If you're not a good businessperson, you shouldn't be surprised when customers don't come.

Avoid at all costs; the waiter was very unpleasant and the meal reflected that of the waiter.

The dishes served did not match the description. The "sun-dried tomato" vegetable ravioli were served without any vegetables and swimming in cream. The menu also offered ravioli with cream sauce... What would you expect??? Furthermore, we left hungry because there was hardly anything on our plates. A rip-off!!
