Appalling service, incomprehensible management! Passing through during the Avignon Festival, we came to eat at McDonald's at 11:15 PM, nearly two hours before the posted closing time of 1:00 AM. A series of problems: Absurd organization: After settling in upstairs (the access to which was perfectly open), an employee came to us 10 minutes later to ask us to come downstairs because the upstairs area was closing. Problem: there were no seats left downstairs. Zero customer service: When we pointed this out to an employee, she simply replied that she could take our order for "takeout"... In other words: figure it out yourself and leave, even though we had ordered in and were already seated! A poorly corrected order error: I had ordered a McExtreme with bacon, which was served to me... without bacon. Back at the counter, the staff simply opened my sandwich, hastily added two pieces of bacon, resealed it, and handed it back to me cold, as I'd been waiting for a few minutes. Between the lack of consideration for customers and the disastrous management of the space, it was a very bad experience during the festival. Avoid it!

A very good experience at this McDonald's in downtown Avignon, on Rue de la République. The restaurant is well-maintained, the staff is professional, and the service is always pleasant. I would particularly like to highlight the professionalism of Mohammed, the security guard. He is welcoming, polite, respectful, and knows how to make customers feel comfortable while carrying out his duties diligently. His presence contributes to creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere, which deserves to be emphasized. A big thank you to the entire team for your hard work and excellent service!
