Excellent service and great food

Personally, I've been a regular at Wati 21 for quite a few years now. I highly recommend it; I really enjoy it. For me, it's mainly one or two specific pizzas, which I've been ordering for a long time, or hamburgers. The chef is a really nice, serious guy who loves what he does. Occasionally, there might be a problem (it's normal and human), so don't hesitate to talk to him about it in person or by phone; he'll always try to resolve the issue. This last comment is more in response to some people who were just passing through, who had a bad experience that day, let's say, and who don't know the staff and their work on a daily basis.
