A very fresh and lively place, with fresh, fluffy, homemade food, complimentary drinks, and a very well-designed, minimalist, and clean visual presentation. I highly recommend it!

It's excellent! Fresh products, cooked with love, it's flavorful, fresh, and delicious. We tried the Mortadella and the Provençal salad, a real treat. Special mention also goes to the homemade drinks, the lemonade and the lemonade. We even went back to buy more in the afternoon. Go without hesitation!

The puccias at Gonflé are to die for: generous, crispy, soft, and filled with delicious ingredients. As for drinks, they're flawless: locally roasted specialty coffee from Brume de Café, in all its forms (special mention for the cold brew!), excellent ceremonial matcha, and delicious iced infusions. Kudos to the baristas! All this with excellent value for money and a friendly, energetic team. A great place to share; I can't wait to go back!
