Domino's Avignon

Very bad experience. The service did not meet my expectations and I left particularly disappointed.

I placed a €40 order with Domino's Pizza. The delivery driver arrived at my home and told me to come downstairs. I replied that I was coming, and he called again, saying, "I'm leaving." I asked him, "What do you mean, you're leaving?" He told me, while driving with his phone to his ear, that he had forgotten his card reader. I immediately called Domino's to refuse the order and explain why. The driver, aware of the refusal, called me back right away and threatened and insulted me! My wife and I were shocked by his behavior and the methods he used, especially since he was the one who caused the problem! I will never order from this company again! What a disgrace!

I absolutely do not recommend it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I feel like pizzas don't taste the same anymore.

Ordered pizza via Uber Eats. Asked without onions because of an allergy...surprise when it arrived: fried onions instead of chicken... And cold. Really disappointed, I don't recommend it.

I called to order a ham pizza for my mother and the waiter told me I didn't have a voice to eat ham

I ordered pizzas from Domino's in Avignon. I was very disappointed; the pizzas arrived undercooked, so I called them. The manager asked me to send a video of the pizza, which I did. He confirmed that the pizza wasn't cooked and even apologized. But he refused to give us a refund. The pizza went straight in the bin. I find that very disappointing.

Worst delivery meal in a long time. Pizzas arrived cold, so we had to reheat them, the ice cream was melted, and the drinks weren't cold. Plus, the order arrived late, and if you add the reheating cost, we ate extremely late. Never order again.
