We went for two café crèmes and were charged 9 euros. This is an establishment to absolutely avoid if you don't want to be surprised by the bill.

Excellent, original, homemade cuisine made with quality ingredients. A lovely, young, and very friendly team. We came for lunch based on previous positive reviews and were definitely not disappointed. It's worth the trip because you wouldn't expect to eat so well in a shopping center.

I WAS BLOWN AWAY! When I saw the Google rating, I thought it was a scam. Arriving in the parking lot of the shopping center where the restaurant is located, I thought, "I was right."... Then you go inside and are greeted by the staff, and you can already tell they're not amateurs. The real shock comes with the appetizer. For me, a simple egg mayonnaise... well, it's amazing! :-) With the eggs and mayonnaise, the chef has enhanced the whole thing with multiple flavors and placed it all on a layer of cold cooked tuna. It's simple: the appetizer was so good and so generous that I wasn't hungry for the main course! So, bravely, I tackled the next course: a homemade burger with eggplant confit. And? And?... Well, it was amazing. Again! :-) The steak is cooked perfectly as requested and melts in your mouth with the thin layer of eggplant. The homemade fries were excellent too, but, obviously, I couldn't eat even a quarter of them. So there you have it… I don't think there's any good reason to come to the Avignon Sud shopping center, but once you're there, there's no reason not to go to Bistro l'Express!

Because of my job, I'm often out eating, and what can I say... I had a wonderful meal! The salad with local tomatoes, Serrano ham, and burrata was fantastic and very refreshing in this weather. The homemade dessert was to die for. This restaurant, located outside of Avignon, deserves to be better known. Even the bill makes you want to come back.

A wonderful time at this friendly little bistro! The service was impeccable, quick, and efficient. The owner is very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. It's a pleasant place to be, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend it!

Discovered by chance while heading to Avignon Cap Sud... but what a wonderful discovery! The welcome was fantastic, and the homemade dishes were delicious – we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Go without hesitation!

Lunch today. It was so good I didn't even have time to take a picture. Hamburger, raclette, and andouillette sausage. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

PERFECT!!! It's so rare that it's worth mentioning, but the servers are very polite and respectful. A nice little extra touch: my daughter wanted the fruit salad, but she especially loves apples, and the server made sure we got the glass with as many apples as possible. The food is very good, with quality ingredients and quick service. Lunch service is available until 3 pm, which is perfect for us with our work schedules. We gladly make the 30-minute drive here.
