Flies everywhere… landing on the food. It's not professional.

Special mention to the saleswoman with the awful "beauty mark," who is incredibly unpleasant and basically forces you to work here? Otherwise, all the other salespeople are great, thank you for making up for it, honestly <3

I went in for pastries and left with only a coffee. The entire bakery is infested with flies, right from the entrance; you practically have to fight them off. For the sake of your employees and customers, do something about it. So many flies is unacceptable.

Absolutely useless! Just one person handling customers on a Saturday morning! And desperately trying to call her colleague who never shows up... an endless wait... her colleague really needs to wake up!

The €7 salads are very convenient and healthy. The portions are generous and well-filled, for a price that beats the competition. Highly recommended.

I am extremely disappointed by the service I received this morning. Date and time of the incident: Friday, March 13, 2026, around 8:12 a.m. (as indicated on my receipt #VT1-641314). I was served by a cashier named Cindy, and her behavior was simply unpleasant. From the moment I arrived at the checkout, I felt a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Her curt tone and lack of tact completely ruined the shopping experience, especially for a brand like Marie Blachère, which prides itself on a friendly atmosphere. I hope that her manager, or the store management, will take the time to review the security camera footage from the time indicated on the receipt (8:12:33 a.m.) to confirm this employee's lack of professionalism. People come to buy bread and pastries to start the day off right, not to be scolded.

Absolutely nothing to complain! Fresh & excellent value for money

I ordered a slice of apple pie and a brownie; the edges were burnt. For the price, it's disappointing. Those in charge of baking should pay more attention.
